Due to regulatory requirements from the state as well as your local MLS, there will be a compliance fee of 1/10th of 1% (0.1%) of the property sales price retained on any SOLD transactions. This fee is to meet all legal and regulatory requirements on your property sale. This is NOT an additional fee but will be deducted from the buyer agent commission paid at closing. If you procure your own buyer with no agent involved then this fee, along with any buyer agent commission offered is waived.
IDAHO HOME BUYER REBATE
Lowes Flat Fee Realty is pleased to offer buyers a cash rebate when you use us to purchase your home. Available in Idaho, unfortunately not in Oregon, due to state regulations. When you use us to purchase your Idaho property we will rebate back to you ½ of any commission we receive as result of your purchase.

His knowledge of current trends, real estate practices, laws, real estate forms and procedures along with related services such as mortgage, insurance and inspection information is extensive.
ADAM LOWE
Adam is a licensed real estate agent and was born and raised in Idaho. He now lives in Meridian, ID where he and his wife are raising their two boys.
Adam has been a Realtor since 2003 and has extensive experience and expertise. He has spent the majority of his career working on different flat fee MLS listing options. He has loved helping hundreds of people both buy and sell properties. Adam also spent eight years as a Sheriff’s Deputy, which added to his knowledge of different areas, ability to read people and negotiation skills.
